Children and Youth

At St John’s & St Andrew’s, children & youth are very much in evidence, sometime more nosily than others. We have a children & Youth Co-ordinator for the Parish( St Johns & St Andrews); Judy Juggins so if you need any more details please contact her.
Junior Church Sunday Morning

Time 10.30am

Venue St John’s School Rooms

We meet every Sunday during Term times, except 1st Sundays (Family Services) and all are welcome. We have over 60 children who attend Junior church and they are split into the following age groups;

Crèche 0 - 3 Years Meet downstairs

Scramblers 3 - 4 Years Meet down stairs (little Room)

Climbers 5 - 6 Years Meet in Main Hall

Explorers 1 7 - 8 Years Meet in Main Hall

Explorers 2 9 - 11 Years Meet in Main Hall

Pathfinder 11 - 14 Year Meet Upstairs (little room)

If you can’t find us follow the noise!!!!

Friday Night Youth Groups

Are you aged 11 or over? Then St Johns School Rooms , Friday 7pm could be for you. We run an active programme of fun & fellowship for the 11 - 18 age group. In conjunction with St Andrew’s & St Jame’s churches we run a programme of activities which is aimed at the young people having fun but at the same time exploring and developing their own growing faith. Activities may be as diverse as Bible exploration to making models out of spaghetti and bubble gum. If This appeals ( its ok, if you are over 20 you’re TOO OLD), then Pathfinders or CYFA could be for you.

Ingredients Parents/Carers & Under 5’s

Come and have a quiet!!! cup of tea, let the children play and meet some new friends. Kids and Co is open to anyone with under 5’s.
